When I opened the packaging I was worried that the materials were TOO cheap and wouldn't withstand the heat. However, I have used this product a few times now and the quality of the product has been surprisingly great. I have curly hair so styling has been a nightmare but this product manages my hair extremely well and I can style it beautifully without any frizz popping up which is amazing. The highest heat setting doesnt even cause your neck to be burnt like some hair dryers do because they're so hot. The heat is a perfect temperature especially when using the brush. Overall I'm so impressed with this product and I highly recommend getting it for you or family members. Just always test your packages just incase you get a faulty item as this can happen sometimes.
